This is all just because you said you are open to feedback. Even if none of these changes this is still an amazing game even if slow at times. I absolutely enjoyed playing regardless of the H aspects. You made a really interesting rpg and an even better H set of characters and story. I gladly would pay more in future for more content. Seriously, your art style is amazing, and you have done an amazing job here.

Maybe change cheer to say x3 stats to make it clear its adding twice your normal stats so it is better to cheer->damage than it is to damage-->damage

weekly pay raise after letting the guild start selling the potion and a significant one after beating the demon king. Trying to farm money/stats after end game is extremely difficult. either a skip to end of the week feature (choosing the same training option each day) or ability to visit yoru/sakura during the week. When finishing during H scene option to have it continue repeating until you run out of vigor. Since this raises stamina now, reducing how much time passes during H scenes so you can spend more vigor, right now i get through 10-12 depending how fast i click. A gallery with unlimited vigor/time after completing the game on at least one save. An inf adventure to train with ami or full party after demon king. 

hot take, if you lose a fight, i don't think it should progress your distance in the forest/fighting pits/demon king trail. Maybe should even send you back some. I cheesed my way to healing yui by just spamming until i kept getting free passes and beating the fight pits. Maybe mini-bosses at set places you have to beat to get past and failing them pushes you back 10-15. A more memorable last fight for the fight pits.

a way to go back to the capital after end game, I missed the onsen scenes was sad to realize i have to do new game+ to get them

Something more to do at river/beach that's a bit more interactive. (i know that's a ton of work though so no biggie)

Everything rufioc asked for as well as interactive dream scenes with the girls once you realize the spoiler. Because rin mentions buying a bunny outfit i thought we were going to get that. I also really wanted to see more of the domination side of sakura. Was actually slightly let down that after yoru was drunk she took me to her bedroom not her basement. 

in general more with ami. she feels left out vs. hikari and rin.

Info boxes that explain party members abilities. I currently have no idea what divine heal does to enemies

The option to explore with everyone not just ami. (meaning everyone, or just you and ami being the options. Maybe add being able to ask yoru to come train in the woods with you and rin, or you and ami)

And of course the i give up let me just win, cheat menu.

(i think this is probably a core setting for you so just something to consider) A setting to raise the turn limit, feels frustrating to lose with all party members at full health just because you couldn't do damage fast enough. Also strongly disincentives using anything but cheer-->damage-->cheer damage. Feels like a waste of a turn to use Human wall or heal. (maybe consider it part of a difficulty slider? (another idea for difficulty slider would be increased time between quests.) I feel like right now I had to min max pretty hard to beat the game but i also couldn't figure out how to unlock most of the better abilities till continuing after my first playthrough. Maybe add hints for the abilities like you do for the H scenes)

(not sure on this one but wanted to toss the idea) Increased stat gains when training with just ami. Getting the same gains when going through the forest with ami, getting the same stats as during full party feels weird. not immersion breaking or anything though. Just doesn't line up with usual RPG element.

right now the glasses don't work on yui when she's laying in bed, sitting on the floor/etc. Would be cool for that work.

obviously this would be like redoing everything for yui for every girl so a tooooooooon of work but i don't know if you considered after starting a family having the girl move into the house with you and yui or (because the assets exist) moving you and yui to their house. making it possible to have all the interactions with yui but with them.

unique battle style. Only one person/action per turn makes decisions feel more important and i smiled in the first combat when i made the mistake of thinking each person got an action. 

every H scene, honestly. The doggy style scene is great would love to see her collapse after 8 or raise her head. 

The rin addition "sneaky sneaky" is amazing.

I know the eating and the herb tea make it more difficult at the start but i like that! You feel like a struggling starting adventurer

stats being directly related to what you do, makes the whole thing feel organic. 

the stealing panties mechanic is hilarious. Kinda curious if it's possible to steal other clothes. And if there's a stat check at all. Maybe raising dex lets you take more than 1?

The fact that hikari doesn't wear underwear is hinted through the dream, then again when washing her clothes, and revealed with the level 1 glasses. Absolutely peak foreshadowing and game element implementation

i know i asked for changes but honestly the side quests with ami are amazing. there are so many unique locations, enemies, and events. I know that was a ton of work and it doesn't go unappreciated.

dreams being a random girl. I actually appreciate it being random and not chosen, like a real dream.

not being the hero at the start, seeing rin wreck everything while you're useless sets a great goal to try to pass.

how does final vow work? how does this interact with cheer? i was never sure if i should use cheer on it so i did every time.

do the hentai books do anything other than raise lust when gifting?

does raising lust of any character except yui and the MC matter?

does pain do anything but change their face? they never made me stop or anything when it maxed out.

do all party members gain stats when training as a party? both daily training and after beating monsters? If not, add that to the want. Their basic normal stat increase AND stat increase to what you all trained together that day.

Multiple poses for all the girls. Recycle some of the oral scenes like Hikari and add oral scenes to each girl both giving and receiving.

Maybe like Rin if you finally beat Yoru you get conscious scenes, There are two Yoru gallery scenes where it says use 3 vodka and only one opened up when i did it first time. After that can't seem to get passed one vodka.

Being able to sell stuff back would be a great feature.

How does the whole creampie girls improve their stats work? I tried using an after pill to do it and it didn't work.

itd be great if like the main character on a replay the girls keep their previously earned stats on the new game plus

ANd maybe the sex to stats thing worked with all sex but depending on bare or covered the amount of stat increase is different.

Small bug in home screen. If you load up game when Yui have already gone to sleep, she might be sitting out of bed and when clicked brings up the usual h-scene/sleep menu as if you clicked her while she's sleeping. And if you click cancel, she goes back to bed.

In Secret shop, when selling panties, it says "PANTY_NAME_KEY ???" on the button.

Improvement:

Add "Give up" button in combat, if it seems you won't win. It's pointless to wait for 10 turns.
